Residents of Belle Vue the Council are proposing to close off the Borrowdale Street Windermere Road walkway and would like to consult local residents on the idea. The Council wants to consult people, about the closure, only living in the blue area in the map below. This is the Lakes area of Belle Vue. We think the consultation area is too small, and are proposing the extended area on the map, marked in red. This takes into account the Lakes area, Windermere Road, and houses on Kendal Road, the residents most impacted by the closure. What do we all think about this idea?
