Happy 100th birthday to the Royal Air Force! To mark the occasion, were sharing this image taken at RAF West Raynham, Norfolk, in October 1962. The photo shows a range of aircraft associated with the Central Fighter Establishment, including a Supermarine Spitfire and two Gloster Meteors. We have lots of objects related to the RAF on display at IWM London, including a Spitfire and a Harrier.
