On Sunday 11th November the museum will be open on a donation only basis. We will be firing the 25pdr Saluting Gun at 11am and again at 11.02am to mark the 2 minutes silence as part of the Remembrance Service taking place in the Redheugh Gardens. We will also be taking part in the evening ceremony arranged by Hartlepool Borough Council. Everyone is invited to meet at the Heugh Battery museum at 6pm for a parade from the museum to the Becon on the Town Moor at 6.15pm. As part of the ceremony a volley of gunshots will be fired from the Heugh Battery at 7.10pm
