Thank you so much to everyone! It has been such an amazing response to our appeal, but we are aware that the work does not stop now this is a beginning of a new chapter for the Heugh Battery Museum. We hope that people will continue to support us by visiting us, and telling people all about what a great place this is so that they will come and visit us too! We did it! Hartlepools historically important gun battery site has been saved from closure.
