MISSING PLEASE SHARE Police have concerns over the safety of 12 year old Brooklyn Walton after he left Shotton Hall School between 1230 and 1245 hours on Monday 17th December 2018. Brooklyn has not been seen since and is originally from the Hartlepool area. Members of the public are asked to contact 101 quoting incident number DHM171220180174 if they either see Brooklyn of have any knowledge of his whereabouts. Brooklyn is described as a white male, approx 53, slim build with short dark brown hair and scars to the right side of his head, wearing a school uniform with a red and white tie.
