MISSING PLEASE SHARERETWEET Appeal to trace missing 18 year old Hartlepool woman Police are trying to locate vulnerable 18 year old Hannah Wood from Seaton Carew, Hartlepool Hannah is white, 58 tall with brown hair and wearing black glasses with gold on the arms. She was last seen wearing a black and white football top, black trousers and pink Adidas trainers. Hannah was last seen at 9pm last night, Saturday 1st July. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101.
