MISSING PLEASE SHARERETWEET Missing Brandon Phillips Police are appealing for information to trace missing 11yearold Brandon Phillips from Hartlepool. Brandon left an address in Hartlepool around lunchtime today and has not been in touch with his family. Anyone who has seen Brandon is asked to call Cleveland Police on the nonemergency number 101.
