A Dementia Awareness celebration event is taking place at The Borough Hall Hartlepool today from 12pm until 3pm, where visitors can enjoy food, stalls, dancing, music and much more! For those close to Community Hub South, a stories and rhyme session is taking place at the library from 2pm until 3pm for preschool aged children. #DementiaActionWeek
