A plaque has gone up at Summerhill Country Park in Hartlepool to acknowledge the support of the Tesc

A plaque has gone up at Summerhill Country Park in Hartlepool to acknowledge the support of the Tesco Bags of Help scheme in helping to improve facilities. A 12,000 grant from the scheme has funded a range of improvements, including a new path suitable for wheelchairs, a fully accessible pond viewing platform and new sculptures along an existing sculpture trail
