A quick purchase to make some money meant that any potential profit turned into definite loss for this driver. Having only purchased the vehicle hours before, he thought it would be a good idea to take his friends for a drive in the Hartlepool area. Unfortunately the lack of insurance, driving licence and vehicle excise duty saw the vehicle seized by Cleveland and Durham Road Policing unit and the driver reported. This is now off to the crusher!
