All traffic lights at the top of Church Street in Hartlepool are to be turned off and some roads closed temporarily from Monday (May 13th). The measures which are scheduled to be in place for 10 weeks, are required as part of the 1m worth of improvement works currently being carried out to Stockton Street. Signed diversions will be in place, but we would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience the works cause to motorists. httpsbit.ly2WBCZpe
