Another early morning callout for Hartlepool Coastguard Rescue Team Hartlepool RNLI. CALLOUT 4119 @0034 Paged by Humber Coastguard to 2 males having jumped into the Victoria dock following a disturbance on the quay side. Hartlepool RNLI done a immediate search of the dock in between kafiga landings etc. We along with Seaham Coastguard searched quay side and round towards the fish quay and fish sands. The lifeboat spotted a small wooden boat on the launch ramp at the pilot pier. We turned it over to harbour police and Cleveland police to allow them to investigate after confirming no one was in the water. Police helicopter and S5B (senior coastguard) were also present 07AH
