AntiSocial Behaviour in Rossmere Park It has been brought to police attention that some youths have been using Rossmere Park as a meeting point to commit AntiSocial Behaviour and have been causing damage within the Park. There have also been some reports of deliberate fires being started. The Park should be a safe place of enjoyment for everybody and the negative actions of a small minority will not be tolerated. Anyone caught committing AntiSocial Behaviour or police have reason to believe is about to, will be dealt with accordingly. Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team will be on patrol tonight utilising full BodyWorn Cameras and will be paying extra attention to this area especially with the Carnival being closed tonight due to the adverse weather conditions.
