APPRENTICESHIP VACANCY!! Business admin apprenticeship level 2 Total Training LTD Hartlepool Hours 37.50 hours a week Wages 131.25 a week The role will include Reception duties Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries from customers and organisations Producing documents and emails Invigilating CSCS tests General clerical duties such as filing and photocopying Desired skills Good verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to answer speak confidently and take messages on the phone Good IT skills including Word processing skills Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases would be advantageous Ability to follow instructions and organise yourself to complete tasks fully and on time Ability to use initiative to think through problems to find solutions and know when to seek help Literate with good written coummication skills Also numerate Ability to check for accuracy and give attention to detail Good team worker Personal qualities Ability to use initiative Calm under pressure Motivated Good personal organisation Team worker Good communicator with the ability to clearly convey information Friendly perople person with the ability to articulate well Smart appearance Qualifications required None, all training will be given if necessary Grade C in English, Maths and ICT would be beneficial however (or equivalent) Future prospects Progress to Level 3 Business Administration on completion of Level 2 To apply email your CV to Shannonsmith@totaltraining.uk.com The closing date is 23rd June 2017
