Artists of all types are invited to come forward with ideas for two communitybased arts projects which Hartlepool Borough Council is looking to commission as part of this years Hartlepool Waterfront Festival. More details httpsbit.ly2JPSWSP The festival will run from the evening of Friday 20th July to the late afternoon of Sunday 22nd July. More than 15,000 people attended last years event (pictured), which is on a shortlist of three for Best Event Teesside in the 2018 Journal Culture Awards.
