Be aware.. Just incase dog is still out and about in the area. Hi could you make people aware, my mother who is a pensioner has just took her small terrier dog for a walk on the hills at end of shields terrace, central estate and a man had a large dog off the lead has has attacked my mams dog, the large dog was out of control until the man managed to get the dog off my mams terrier, he then commented it hasnt done that before walked off! My mother is now on the way to an emergency vets in Middlesbrough very distraught! If people cant control their dogs then please keep them on a lead. Thanks
