Beware dog walkers I walked one of my dogs up summerhill back routes in Hartlepool come across two people stood looking suspicious when I turned the corner with the dog, once approaching them they looked right at me with a face like theyd seen a ghost. They where carrying bags with them but putting pellets the size of meatballs and sprinkling white powder on them. When asked what are they doin and they claimed its for the birds but please be careful as they looked too big for a bird to peck away at and if anything we get cruel people trying to poison dogs and it looks like thats what they where trying to do, The route they where at was over the road from elwick road at the top and its on the side of summerhill leading to the back fields Thank you for sharing everyone I just wouldnt like any dogs to come of harm
