Bike Week 2019 starts tomorrow and runs until June 16th. Tony Davison, Hartlepool Borough Councils Sustainable Travel Officer, is urging people to give cycling a try using the towns network of cycle routes, including one between the A689 and Brenda Road that has recently undergone a major upgrade.
