Carnival Day Info High Street should now be closed. St Hilda church will be open serving food, hot drinks juice. Verrils chip shop will be open as normal. Durham Street, Northgate will be closed from 3pm until 530pm. Parade to start at 4pm Access to Funfair and sea front will be accessible from Thorpe Street and new link Road to Old Cemetery Road whilst the road closure is in place.
