CARNIVAL INFO POST Hartlepool Carnival (Murphys funfairs) opens TOMORROW at 2pm, it will be opened by the Ceremonial Mayoress of Hartlepool and Hartlepool Hawks Cheerleading Academy During the next 10 days there will also be some other events Sat 3rd Aug Carnival Table Top Sale 11am Headland Social Club Mon 5th Aug Family Treasure Dig 11.30am Fish Sands Tues 6th Aug Sandcastle Design 11.30am Fish Sands Wed 7th Aug Childrens Talent Contest 1pm Headland Social Club Thurs 8th Aug Carnival Prince Princess 1pm Victoria Arms Fri 9th Aug Best Dressed House, Garden Business 3pm Carnival Day will be Saturday 10th Aug 12noon till 5pm and will have several events Wild West ReEnactment 1pm Croft Gardens Nutty Slack Race 3pm The New Inn Fancy Dress Comp 3pm Putting Green Parade 4pm Headland Town Sqaure. Road closures will be in place on Carnival Day from start till finish. All rides from 2pm 4pm on opening day will be 1 (money off tickets cannot be used during this time)
