CDSOU Arrest Suspected Drug Driver Recover Cannabis Plant This morning, Wednesday 29th May, police were called to a report of a two vehicle collision on Owton Manor Lane in Hartlepool. It was reported that a Vauxhall and a BMW collided just before 6am. Officers attended the scene and a 54yearold man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and currently remains in custody. A suspected cannabis plant was also recovered from the mans vehicle. No one was injured as a result of the collision.
