Cleveland Durham RPU The driver of this vehicle caught the attention of one of the dog patrols this afternoon in Hartlepool and sure enough after it was stopped, the driver admitted to having no insurance or licence. The vehicle was seized and driver reported to court. He had only nipped out for his lunch and ended up with the most expensive pie ever!
