Clevelands special constabularys medicar was out again last night working accross the whole force area. They would like to thank the group of young lads in our town who stopped to help a man who had collapsed and was struggling to breathe in the early hours. They managed to get him in the recovery position and flagged down the police vehicle to help. Male was checked over by the north east ambulance service onboard paramedic, given oxygen and taken to hospital for further investigation.
