Come on guys lets give him our support! Whats your plans this weekend? It would be awesome if you could lend me some support and track me live this weekend (Sat the 8th and Sunday the 9th July) when I take on the West Coast from Gretna Green to Barrow in Furness, on this segment of my Walk, Run, Ride Challenge. I will be tracking live from 9am on Saturday morning, along with live facebook streams and vLogs throughout the weekend. Please feel free to share with friends and family who want to watch the progress of a crazy bloke in a funky hat while I run and ride 120 miles on this segment of my challenge all to help raise awareness of the Chris Lucas Trust, an amazing charity who help fund the research into Rhabdomyosarcoma, a very aggressive form of childrens and teenage cancer.
