Construction traineeship starting next week open to 16 to 18 year olds, (they can register the day before their 19th birthday). It runs for 12 weeks with the chance of the right candidates going onto an apprenticeship in joinery, bricklaying or ground works. If a student shows promise after the first 6 weeks, whoever recommended them receives 250 for EACH successful candidate. So make sure you mention who recommended you when you contact the centre (obviously mention us if you apply through the page ) You must be able to attend Proactive training in Hartlepool for 9am prompt Monday to Thursday for the 12 weeks. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to achieve a trade and progress to earning a very good living in construction if they are willing to learn.
