Councillor Allan Barclay, the Ceremonial Mayor of Hartlepool, signing our Book of Remembrance to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Armistice. The book will be opened in the reception area of Hartlepool Civic Centre at 12 noon and an online Book of Remembrance is also available. www.hartlepool.gov.ukremembrance
