DISPERSAL NOTICE A dispersal notice has been put in place for the boundaries between Victoria road, St Pauls road, Osborne road, Park road and Stockton street, This is due to a growing number of businesses that have reported appalling incidents involving a small group of local youths creating Anti social behaviour. Hartlepool Neighbourhood Policing teams will be looking towards taking positive action to resolve this and make the area pleasant for all members of the public.
