DISPERSAL ZONE With regards to the previous Dispersal Zone enforced which was due to expire this afternoon this has now been extended for a further 48 hours. The Dispersal Zone is bounded by Victoria Road, St. Pauls Road, Osborne Road, Park Road and Stockton Street. The reason for this Dispersal Zone is due to the increasing amount of AntiSocial Behaviour occurring in this area. Hartlepool Neighbourhood Policing teams will be present in this area and will be taking positive action to resolve these issues, making the area pleasant for all members of the public. Several people have already been issued with a Dispersal Notice. A breach of this notice does carry the power of arrest.
