Does anyone know who this cat may belong to? Located Bishop Cuthbert, Osprey Way and Bluebell Way area. Hes been coming to our house for months, sometimes with a collar on. He eats our cats food when hes here so he gets fed but he seems to be losing a lot of weight and hes got a lump on his stomach. Hes no bother at all we just dont want to be keeping him from his owners. Hes currently here curled up on our couch making himself right at home!
