DOG ATTACK.. A followers dog was attacked yesterday 20.8.17 about 16.30 at Crimdon near wild bird reserve. A young couple early 20s with a female Staffordshire bull terrier looked about 8, no collar, had a harness but was off lead. The dog ran for the followers dog first grabbing her leg, punctured her leg with bite marks and then letting go and grabbing her face, she has bite marks on mouth. The dog had hold and wouldnt let go, The followers friend had to punch it on the nose several times before it let go. The owner had tried to prise its mouth open. The followers dog is in shock and was taken to emergency vets to have the wounds seen too. The follower and friend is also very upset over this.
