Dont forget about this fantastic dropin event for care leavers in Hartlepool, taking place now until 6pm. As part of National Care Leavers Week, a dropin Care Leavers Exchange Event is taking place today, where those who are leaving care will have the opportunity to Look at donations of new and previouslyloved clothing and household items, to see if there is anything that would help them on their journey as they make the transition to independent living. Enjoy snacks, and speak to representatives about opportunities to become part of the Children in Care Council, Housing Heroes and the Young Peoples Benchmarking Forum. Give their views about emotional health and wellbeing services and understand how their views can be used to shape the delivery of services in Hartlepool. Please note the event is for Care Leavers in Hartlepool only.
