DORSET STREETSTOCKTON ROAD BACK ALLEY Unfortunately refuse crews have been unable to gain access to empty bins in this back street due to a parked vehicle. Crews have since returned to try and gain access again, vehicle is still causing an obstruction for the bin wagon. They ask that the vehicle is moved so that the crews can gain access and empty the bins for residents.
