During Young Peoples Week this week, were encouraging children and young people in Hartlepool to send a postcard to the Councils directors to ask them any questions and tell us about their aspirations. They can also give us their views in person at our special stand in the central square of Middleton Grange Shopping Centre tomorrow from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
