Early Morning Arrest outside Time and Tide Bar, Hartlepool Police were called to Time and Tide Bar

Early Morning Arrest outside Time and Tide Bar, Hartlepool Police were called to Time and Tide Bar on Avenue Road, Hartlepool at around 3.20am this morning (Friday 31st May). A 47 year old man outside the bar was found to be in possession of a large amount of what officers believe to be a class C drug. Inquiries are ongoing and the man is currently in custody facing questioning.
