ETON STREET UPDATE Arrest Kinbrace Road Hartlepool Armed response officers arrested a man in his 40s in Kinbrace Road in Hartlepool at 1.45pm today in relation to Theft and Wounding offences. His arrest came after several addresses were searched overnight (including Eton Street). He is currently being questioned by police.
