Families in Hartlepool are being invited to book up for some festive fun at Summerhill Country Park. A Christmas craft event Can We Build a Snowman? will take place in the visitor centre on Saturday December 1 from 1011.45am. The event which is aimed at children aged 3, costs 12.50 per child and includes the materials to build a natural wooden snowman with the Summerhill Outreach Team. The price also covers the cost of making reindeer food, a tree decoration and a Christmas card with representatives of the Artrium community art studio in Hartlepool. Each child will receive a Christmas lunch box. Please book your place by Tuesday November 27th by calling (01429) 284584.
