Further arrest in Kelly Franklin Murder Investigation Detectives investigating the murder of 29 year old Kelly Franklin in Oxford Road, Hartlepool on the evening of Friday 3rd August have this morning arrested a 48 year old woman on suspicion of murder. She remains in police custody awaiting questioning.
