Hartlepool Borough Councils Sport and Physical Activity Team is still looking to recruit volunteer marshals for an Off Road Winter Duathlon which takes place tomorrow from 9.15am1.30pm at Summerhill Country Park. The marshals will be stationed at strategic points around the course to encourage and guide competitors.
