Hartlepool RNLI inshore lifeboat Solihull and volunteer crew were paged at 10.48am to take part in a search for a missing person after clothes were found on a beach in the Seaham area. The inshore lifeboat(pictured) launched at 11.00am and made a thorough search of an area between Horden and Seaham for over an hour with nothing found before being stood down by Humber Coastguard at 12.10 The lifeboat returned to Hartlepool lifeboat station at 12.30 where it was made ready for service by 12.50.
