httpbit.ly2DSRmQz RESIDENTS eligible to vote in Hartlepool are being urged to look out for an important letter dropping through their letterboxes over the next few days. All households are to receive a Household Notification Letter (HNL) which includes details of who is eligible to vote in each property and whether their chosen method of voting is either via a postalproxy vote or at a polling station. If the information on the HNL is correct, voters do not need to do anything, but if changes are required residents need to get in touch with the Councils Electoral Team.
