Image Released in Connection with Attempted Theft Police are releasing an image of a male they want to speak to in connection with an attempted theft of a mobile phone. Officers would like to speak to this male as he may be able to assist with their enquiries concerning an incident which occurred at approximately 4.45pm on Saturday 18th February on a Stagecoach bus that was travelling to Stockton. The male got on the bus at Hartlepool with another male and an attempt was made to steal a phone from a 17yearold girl on the bus. The two males got off the bus outside of Argos on Bishopton Lane in Stockton. Anyone with information as to the identity of the male in the image or any witnesses are asked to contact PC Carl Blenkinsop from Stockton Police Station on the nonemergency number 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or www.crimestoppersuk.org.
