JOB VACANCY!! Nursery Worker (covering Maternity Leave) The Belle Vue Community, Sports and Youth Centre has gained a reputation over many years for providing high quality services for children and families matched by a friendly and welcoming approach this is more than apparent in their Centre based day care service Little Treasures Nursery and also Little Stars Nursery based at Kilmarnock Road. Theyre currently looking to employ a Nursery Worker to cover a member of staff at Little Treasures Nursery due to go on Maternity Leave with the ability and enthusiasm to help in the development of a service that provides a nurturing safe environment where every child can develop their early education and grow socially and emotionally. The successful candidates will have a flexible approach to the role being able to organise their own work as well as being a supportive member of a team. They must display a dynamic disposition with an abundance of energy to enable them to interact and communicate effectively with both children and parents. This position is to start immediately to enable the successful applicant to fully understand the role and will be until the end of April, 2019. The role is to work 25 hours per week, however, additional hours maybe required especially during periods of absence or holidays. The ideal applicants must possess at least a relevant level 3 qualification have a good sound knowledge of safeguarding with awareness and practical experience of early years day to day activities and procedures and possibly have some 11 experience. An acceptable enhanced DBS disclosure is a must with it being advantageous for the individual to hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate and Food Safety certificate.
