Last night Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team seized yet another scooter form our streets for being driven with no insurance in the Cornwall street area. The scooter had only been purchased minutes earlier when it was sighted by an eagle eyed officer who noticed its unroadworthy condition and no registration plates. They will continue to clamp down on vehicles that are being driven on our roads without being insured.
