Man Arrested after Confronting Officers with a Weapon on Tempest Road, Hartlepool A 51yearold man has been arrested on suspicion of affray in connection with an incident on Tempest Road in Hartlepool, yesterday at around 1140pm Police attended the incident were it was believed the man confronted and threatened officers with a weapon. The man was arrested and remains in custody whilst enquiries are ongoing.
