Man Charged with Alleged Theft of Purse from Elderly Woman A 50yearold man from Hartlepool has been charged with burglary and theft following the alleged theft of a purse containing around 200 from an elderly woman in Hartlepool. The man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Tuesday 11th June.
