Man Charged with Sexual Assault, Raby Road A 46 year old man arrested following a report of a sexual assault on Raby Road in Hartlepool on the afternoon of Tuesday 19th March was charged by police and subsequently appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Friday 22nd March He was further remanded and is due to appear at Teesside Crown Court on Tuesday 23rd April.
