Members of the Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team conducted a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warra - Tuesday 25 June 2019

Members of the Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team conducted a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant on Monday 24th June 2019 in Rugby Street. This was in response to complaints received regarding drug dealing and associated ASB in the Burn Valley ward as well as intelligence gathered by officers and partner agencies. Police recovered alleged Class A, B C drugs from the address and a male and female are assisting police with their enquiries. Sgt Raine of the Hartlepool Community Safety Team said If you are dealing drugs and disrupting the lives of law abiding members of the community, we will look to do all we legally can to disrupt your way of life and get those drugs off the street.
