Missing Posted on behalf of family. Robert age 31 they went missing on 03082018 from Blackhall colliery, was last seen in Hartlepool this morning around 7am. Had a dark blue coat on grey bottoms black and white Nike trainers and a light blue sports bag he does not have a phone. Thanks.
