More action in Hartlepool.... A BMW X5 seen driving erratically by an RPU unit was stopped despite efforts to give them the slip. The adult male driver was found to be over the drink drive limit and in possession of a cosh. He provided an evidential reading of 40ug in custody and has been charged to court for that offence and no insurance, and received a caution for the weapon. The X5 was removed by a recovery agent for having no insurance
