NATIONAL HATE CRIME AWARENESS WEEK, OCTOBER 1320 Dont be a bystander if you see a hate incident report it. Any action is considered a hate incident if the victim or any other person considers it to have been motivated by hostility or prejudice against the victim due to their race, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity or disability. Reporting incidents helps everyone stay safe. In an emergency dial 999 or 101 if it isnt an emergency.
